Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and including the printed return slip inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
